- Font: a standard, readable typeface (Arial or Times New Roman, 12 pt)
- Author info: put your full name, school and grade at the very top
- Originality: copied text and AI-generated text are filtered out immediately
2. Illustration & Graphic Standards
Illustrations and artwork are among the most important elements that add visual appeal to our digital publications.
DETAILED CRITERIA
- Resolution: at least 300 DPI, clean and sharp
- File format: PNG (for transparent backgrounds) or high-quality JPEG
- Copyright: the artwork must be 100% yours and free of third-party licenses
- Color space: save in RGB for the best quality on digital screens
3. Photography Standards
Our layout designers place your original photographs on magazine pages to match each page design.
DETAILED CRITERIA
- Clarity: sharp, noise-free, high-resolution photographs
- Editing: avoid heavy contrast adjustments and artificial filters
- Consent: make sure anyone who appears in the photo has agreed to it
- Dimensions: original shots at least 2000 px wide are preferred
